The hotel has a magnificent location right near all the restaurants, town park, cinema, and center of Niort. I got the same double room in good condition that I booked online. - The staff was helpful and very friendly people.

The access to the hotel and parking can be a bit challenging, especially with the one-way system and pedestrianized streets in the area. once we figured out the parking arrangements and used the nearby garage, it became much more convenient.
